Our pitching clinic will focus on the proper pitching mechanics used in the wind up and stretch. Typically our students see an improvement in both their velocity and accuracy. Other topics include, pitch count, pitching strategy, proper stretching, arm exercises, pitch grips, balance, and pick-off moves. Each student should bring their glove and be ready to pitch. All students will be divided by age and ability and receive a free NSBA t-shirt. The batting clinic meets immediately after the pitching clinic each session.

Our batting clinic will cover all aspects of hitting that are needed to become a successful batter. Through the use of hitting drills, tee work, soft toss, pitching machine, and live pitching each student will ingrain the correct muscle memory. Other topics covered will be; hitting off-speed pitches, opposite field hitting, situational hitting, and bunting. Each student should bring their batting gloves and be ready for hands-on training. All students will be divided by age and ability and receive a free NSBA t-shirt.

Our "Fun"damentals clinic will help young ball players develop the correct core fundamentals while building confidence in their abilities. Some of the topics covered are understanding the game catching, throwing, batting, pitching, and the ready position. Most importantly they will have fun learning new skills using games and contests. All students will be divided by age and ability and receive a free NSBA t-shirt.

Our fielding clinic will emphasize proper fielding and throwing mechanics while covering the nuances of each position on the field. Topics include: mental preparedness, proper footwork, athletic position, rundowns, backhand, rounding the ball, and throwing mechanics. All students will be divided by age and ability and receive a free NSBA t-shirt.

The Catcher is the captain of the infield. Our catcher clinic will emphasize proper stance, blocking and throwing techniques as well as the basic responsibilities of the position. This is a great chance for both players interested in and those already playing the position, to learn the proper way to catch. This clinic will stress proper receiving, footwork, throwing skills, game management and technique. All students will be divided by age and ability and receive a free NSBA t-shirt.

Our softball skills clinic will focus on all aspects of hitting, pitching and fielding. This clinic will be beneficial for both the younger softball player and the older travel player. Depending on age and ability some of the topics covered are stance, stride, slap and situational hitting, and the mental side of hitting. Each clinic will consist of group and individual drills. Players should bring batting gloves and be ready for hands on instruction. All students will be divided by age and ability and receive a free NSBA t-shirt.

Our baseball specific strength and speed clinic is crucial for ball players interested in improving their quickness, power, agility, and overall strength. All sessions are taught by Miles Fox, a long time NSBA instructor, Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Injury Specialist. Each session will cover different aspects of the game, while keeping the students motivated and accountable while working towards becoming a better ball player. All students will receive a NSBA t-shirt. Private one-on-one sessions also available upon request.
