Alex Bednarz

Alex Bednarz began his career at North Shore Baseball Academy taking lessons when the facility opened in 2000.  He grew up playing baseball in Glencoe and later played high school baseball for New Trier as a pitcher and 3^rd baseman.  He continued his playing career at North Park University in Chicago as a Pitcher.  Alex is our main instructor for our fundamentals, hitting, and pitching clinics.  He has coached travel baseball for the past 3 years.  In 2009, Alex lead our inaugural NSBA Hawk team to a .500 record and 3^rd place finish in the Mid Suburban Baseball League.  Alex is head coach of the 10U NSBA Hawks and has been working in youth baseball on the North Shore for the past 5 years.
