| Our batting clinic will cover all aspects of hitting that are needed to become a successful batter. Through the use of hitting drills, tee work, soft toss, pitching machine and live pitching each student will ingrain the correct muscle memory. Other topics covered will be: hitting off-speed pitches, opposite field hitting, situational hitting and bunting. Each student should bring their batting gloves and be ready for hands-on training. All students will be divided by age and ability and receive a free NSBA t-shirt. | |

| Our catching clinic will focus on the proper catching mechanics used to both receive and block the baseball. Players will work on the fundamentals on stance, giving signs, receiving the baseball from the pitcher, blocking balls in the dirt, throwing out runners to all bases, drop third strikes, and past balls. Each student should bring their own catchers gear and be ready to catch with the proper equipment (glove, gear, and cup). All students will be divided by age and ability and receive a free NSBA t-shirt. | |

| Our pitching clinic will focus on the proper pitching mechanics used in the wind up and stretch. Typically our students see an improvement in both their velocity and accuracy. Other topics include, pitch count, pitching strategy, proper stretching, arm exercises, pitch grips, balance, and pick-off moves. Each student should bring their glove and be ready to pitch. All students will be divided by age and ability and receive a free NSBA t-shirt. The batting clinic meets immediately after the pitching clinic each session. | |

| Our Strength and Conditioning clinic is designed to improve the ball players’ speed, agility, quickness, and explosiveness through drills and aid in Baseball specific monements. Our goal is to not only improve each individuals’ fitness level but also make sure this translates directly to their performance on the baseball field. | |
